How do we get started?
The starting point is an analysis of the attack surface with a prioritised action plan. After that we plan targeted tests and measures, for example Penetration Testing.
How long does consulting take?
The initial conversation takes around one hour and is free of charge. Typical consulting mandates comprise 3 to 10 consulting days, spread over a few weeks. We set out the scope in the quote.
What does consulting cost?
The hourly rate is CHF 240 and the daily rate CHF 1’850, in each case excluding VAT. For clearly defined tasks such as a security concept, you receive a fixed price.
Are we obliged to report under the Information Security Act?
That depends on whether your organisation counts as an operator of critical infrastructure. We support you in checking this and in setting up the reporting processes. This does not replace legal advice.
How do consulting and Penetration Testing fit together?
Consulting sets the framework and Penetration Testing checks the implementation. Penetration Testing checks the current state technically and delivers findings and a retest. Consulting plans and accompanies the organisation and the measures.
