Frequent questions
What decision makers ask us first
Do we need our own servers?
No. Clu Swiss Security AG runs Clu: Dashboard for you in a dedicated container. If you prefer, it also runs on your own server.
What happens when maintenance ends?
Nothing. Your version keeps running and the data stays with you. Only new versions are no longer covered by maintenance.
Does the administrator see everything?
No. Personnel files, salaries and accounting are deliberately excluded. The HR and Finance roles exist for that.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with Light and switch to Pro or Max later. The data is kept, and you are charged the difference between the licence prices.
