The team
Each agent has a clear role and bears the name of a canton, symbolically and without a location. Any agent that receives something outside its area hands it over to the agent responsible.
3 agents: Zug, Lucerne, Zurich
Sets priorities and checks technical work as well as finances and prices before a person decides.
4 agents: Obwalden, Nidwalden, Schwyz, Glarus
Plans projects, bundles approvals, records decisions and obtains a second opinion where the risk is high.
7 agents: Thurgau, Neuchâtel, Jura, St. Gallen, Uri, Bern, Valais
Requirements, software and websites, tests, system administration, security situation and security analyses within the agreed scope.
5 agents: Solothurn, Basel-City, Basel-Country, Vaud, Appenzell Inner Rhodes
Quotes, invoices, payment reminders, key figures, subscriptions, contracts as drafts and HR administration.
4 agents: Ticino, Schaffhausen, Appenzell Outer Rhodes, Fribourg
Campaigns, texts and search engine optimisation, social media as drafts and translation into four languages.

Collecting enquiries and opportunities, preparing conversations and supporting clients after the deal is closed.
How work comes about
The agents take on the groundwork. A person decides what goes out.
The responsible agent prepares the work: A text, a quote or a technical change.
A second agent reviews the result according to our working rules.
A person you designate decides and gives approval.
Sending, publishing and invoicing are done by people. The agents do not do it.
Deliveries go through a review according to our working rules before they are handed over. Errors are still possible. They are reported.
Working rules
Every task has exactly one responsible agent. That makes it clear who handles it.
Lucerne reviews technical work, Zug reviews business work. Both are agents.
Existing files are backed up before every change.

Included in every package
All prices in CHF excluding VAT. One-time set-up fee CHF 1’500, for the whole team CHF 4’900. Minimum term 3 months, then cancellable monthly.
Data protection
The agents work in an environment of Clu Swiss Security AG or locally on your premises. With sufficient computing power, the language models also run locally. You decide which data the agents may see.
For the processing of your data we conclude a data processing agreement under the Swiss FADP. It also sets out where and how your data is processed.

After the conversation we set up the agents and define the working rules and approvals. As a rule, the team is at work within two weeks.
No. Nothing goes out without the approval of a natural person. The agents do not send, publish or invoice anything. Internally they exchange work in progress and hand tasks over to the agent responsible.
