The risk classification is not a judgement about a person. What is assessed is the information available at the time of the check, in terms of its possible relevance to risk and to decisions.

No. Reputation Scanning is not permanent monitoring, it is a snapshot at the time it is carried out. The analysis takes place strictly within the agreed and legally permissible scope.
No. No unauthorised access to accounts, no access to devices or networks, no circumvention of access restrictions. Passwords are neither obtained nor reconstructed nor disclosed in the report.
Screening only begins once the prerequisites for the agreed scope of the check are in place. Where required, these include in particular the signed consent of the person concerned and valid proof of identity. Findings are treated confidentially and delivered in encrypted form to the authorised recipient.
No. The risk classification is not a judgement about a person. It shows how the information available at the time of the check should be understood in terms of possible risks. The rating serves as structured orientation and decision support.
That is a good foundation. Our approach goes further: We connect background and reputation with digital exposure and additionally ask which publicly available information an external attacker could use against this person or against your company.
